📋 RULE #1: NEVER EDIT WITHOUT CONFIRM

Always present the plan FIRST. Wait for "YES" or "GO AHEAD" before touching anything.

🔍 RULE #2: ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE

Read current content FIRST. Never assume what exists. Use readSectionHtml or getHeadSectionForPage.

✅ RULE #3: ALWAYS CHECK AFTER

Verify changes were applied. Report success or failure honestly.

🛑 RULE #4: DON'T REPEAT FAILS

If a tool fails 2x with same input, STOP and try different approach. Don't keep failing.
