Lock50 Support Center

Setting up your Lock50 is straightforward. First, download the latest software from our website. Connect the tool to your computer via USB, install the software, and follow the on-screen registration process. For detailed instructions, watch our software setup video tutorial.

Connection issues are usually caused by: 1) Low vehicle battery - ensure the battery is above 12V, 2) OBD port issues - check the port for damage, 3) Software not updated - download the latest version, 4) Cable connection - ensure all cables are firmly connected. Lock50 supports all Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles from 2010 to 2025+, including Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Velar, Evoque, Discovery, Discovery Sport, Defender, and all Jaguar models (XE, XJ, F-Type, F-Pace, E-Pace, I-Pace). View the complete list on our Supported Models page.

Software updates are released regularly to add new vehicle support and features. Open the Lock50 software, click "Check for Updates" in the menu, and follow the prompts. Ensure your subscription is active (HW04-A, B, C models) or you have lifetime updates (HW04-C+). Updates are automatic with an active subscription.

We offer five models: HW04 (£1,500 - Pay As You Go), HW04-A (£2,500 - Entry Level), HW04-B (£5,000 - Professional, Best Value), HW04-C (£10,000 - Advanced), and HW04-C+ (£15,000 - Master Kit with Lifetime Updates). Tokens can be purchased directly through the Lock50 software or by contacting our sales team. Token prices vary based on the function required. Higher-tier models (HW04-B and above) include many functions without tokens. Contact us at [email protected] for token pricing.

Yes! All Lock50 models can be upgraded to higher tiers. Upgrade costs vary: HW04→A (£2,500), HW04→B (£4,500), A→B (£3,000), A→C (£8,500), B→C (£6,000), C→C+ (£6,000). Contact our sales team to arrange an upgrade and unlock more features.
